Writing this time on the research made by my friend. namely the Perception Of Southern Taiwan University Student STARBUCKS Toward Attribute Importance-Performance and Satisfaction. easy hope you can help for all who are also taking objects and objects of the same variable.

Background :

After oil, coffee is the second most traded commodity on worldwide markets, Starbucks Corporation is a Seattle, Washington-based coffee company.
Starbucks-Coffee is becoming a brand that many people are interested in, included local and international students of Southern Taiwan University (STU). Even in STU campus, Starbucks coffeehouse is exist.
STU welcomed thousands of students from Vietnam, Indonesia, India, Malaysia, US, Thailand, Argentina and others country. They have a different lifestyle and taste, but drink a coffee for some of them is a habit or as a need to make them stay awake during the class. Drink a coffee also become a lifestyle and students who loves coffee may ever go to Starbucks coffee to taste some product there and environment served, even in their original country.

How to do research?

1. Doing observation by spreading questioner to Taiwanese and International students
2. Based on relevant literature, measurement for importance will be classified into 4 categories; Food related attribute, Service related attribute, Atmosphere related attribute and Others factor, also measurement for perceive performance of Starbucks coffeehouse.
3. The last is asked about customer satisfaction towards Starbucks Coffeehouse.
