The American killed by a terrorist bomb in Uganda was nicknamed "Oteka" by the former child soldiers he worked with, which translated into "The Strong One." The Rev. Kathleen Kind of the Christ Community Church in Selinsgrove said none of the injuries appeared to be life-threatening, though one missionary suffered serious leg injuries in the explosions Sunday.
